About the role
- Lead APAC HR Operations function and HR service to 1K+ managers and employees across 8 countries
- Manage the complete scope of HR services and systems as defined by the Global HR Service Catalogue to the APAC region
- Oversee Oracle implementation in the APAC region, process design, testing and data quality
- Ensure excellent business experience via the centralised AskHR tool
- Ensure processes and practices comply with relevant regional employment legislation
- Oversee compliance and controls and support internal and external audit activities
- Interact with HRBPs for prioritising service delivery issues
- Represent APAC HR Operations in key leadership meetings
Requirements
- Experience developing, implementing, and running HR operations across multiple countries with HR SaaS Technology
- Strong understanding of HR Laws, regulations, and best practice to ensure compliance within APAC regions
- Experience in launching Oracle across the APAC region, writing journeys, test scripts, oversee testing and secure data transfer into a payroll module
- Proficient in managing and analysing HR data with the ability to draw insights and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to lead and manage a HR team, fostering teamwork, motivation, and development
- Adept at optimizing HR processes and procedures to enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness
- Skills in guiding and managing teams through organisational changes such HR transformation and optimisation projects
- Effective communication, both written and verbal to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
