About the role
- Edit various Channel 5 content based on compliance notes
- Utilize effects packages and audio editing tools
- Manage media projects using Avid Nexis
- Ensure all broadcast technical standards are met
- Collaborate to perform quality checks
- Solve technical challenges to meet timelines
- Apply understanding of Ofcom regulations to all editing work
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer
- Keen eye for quality control and familiarity with reading automated QC system reports
- Solid knowledge of Ofcom regulations
- Previous experience in post-production industry
- Ability to work a 7-day fortnight schedule
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, agile environment
- Comfortable working autonomously whilst communicating with the team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
