Requirements

8+ years of B2B (or B2B2C) platform or fintech PM experience
Proven track record of building product-led growth motions
Expert at customer journey mapping
Strong analytical foundation and hands-on experience building metrics frameworks and dashboards
Confident and fluent in technical conversations with engineering teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and executive level communication
