About the role

  • We are searching for a Scrum Master to join growing teams that are looking forward to improving their ways of working.
  • Be the advocate for the principles and values of agile.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and agile collaboration.
  • Teach and support agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Coach and guide development teams to improve productivity and efficient delivery.
  • Design and coordinate improvement plans for teams and business units.
  • Promote standardised practices (e.g. Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, software design approach, release checklists, etc.).
  • Support cross-team and cross-business-unit collaboration for complex initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions (both remote and face-to-face).
  • Identify and eliminate issues hindering the team's productivity and agility.
  • Help build a positive work environment by increasing the team's autonomy, mastery and purpose.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of tools used by the teams, e.g. Jira, Miro, Craft.io .

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. C1 preferred. B2 acceptable with willingness to quickly learn.
  • Certified Scrum Master (preferred: ACSM or PSM II; acceptable: CSM or PSM I).
  • Experience with Kanban and Waterfall.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Ability to maintain touchpoints in different time zones (Europe, Central/South America, and Asia).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Bonus points for the following CAE certificate.
  • Kanban certificate(preferably from Kanban University).
  • Coaching certificate, for example ICF or ICC.
  • DevOps knowledge.
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Previous experience as a Developer or QA.
  • Knowledge of scaling methods, for example Nexus, LeSS, SAFe.
