- Own full-cycle recruiting for federal contract roles with urgency and accountability
- Rapidly align with hiring managers on requirements and deliver qualified, well-matched candidates
- Execute technical recruiting using efficient sourcing and disciplined pipeline management
- Conduct recruiter screens that anticipate hiring manager preferences and drive strong interview-to-offer ratios
- Engage and close cleared and clearance-eligible candidates through clear, compelling communication
- Provide a professional, positive candidate experience aligned with our employer value proposition
- Maintain healthy pipelines, identifying risks and adjusting approach in real time
Requirements
- Demonstrated success operating as an **independent technical recruiter** with minimal direction
- 6+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (software, hardware, systems engineering, wireless, and network engineering)
- Proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and pipeline management
- Experience recruiting in government contracting environments, including DoW and/or IC programs
- Hands-on experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances (active or clearance-eligible)
- Strong recruiting judgment with the ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and reduce iteration cycles
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and follow-through
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with little day-to-day oversight
