About the role

  • Lead sales and business development for OpenRAN solutions across Africa.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of telecom opportunities to support company revenue goals.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, technical coordination, proposals, and deal closure.
  • Expand and strengthen the company’s market presence and sales funnel in the Africa region.
  • Collaborate closely with the MEA sales team to drive regional alignment and growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with MNOs, operators, and strategic partners.
  • Support local field activities for both new and existing customers.
  • Work with customer support teams to ensure high-quality service across the Africa region.
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Telecom Sales experience, ideally with mobile networks or network infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of regional Africa/MEA sales experience with strong industry relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc).
  • Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile technologies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with MNOs and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong professional recommendations and customer references.
