About the role

  • Provide administrative support for the organization’s hiring, onboarding, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, manage pre-employment documentation, support client records requests.
  • Monitor workforce compliance standards and assist with staff timesheet oversight.
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and maintain ATS records.
  • Support implementation of background screening requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
  • Verify and complete Form I-9 in compliance with federal immigration law.
  • Maintain personnel files in accordance with Colorado labor law.
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics and coordination of required trainings.
  • Verify authorizations and process client records requests in compliance with HIPAA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative, HR, healthcare, or compliance-related experience.
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Must reside in or near the posting location.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and BHA rule.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn applicant tracking systems and electronic health record systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and general healthcare compliance standards.
  • Basic understanding of Colorado employment law and Medicaid workforce requirements preferred.
