About the role

  • Generate new opportunities by identifying prospective students for the training programs we offer.
  • Attract, source, and persuade new students to enroll in our trainings.
  • Proactively source and engage potential students for both your own pipeline and the wider team.
  • Use the CRM to increase productivity and scale your sales efforts.
  • Handle objections with diligence and assertiveness and escalate recurring objections.
  • Actively participate in Paradox’s in-person and online events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Autonomous with leadership qualities.
  • Knowledgeable about and curious about our market.
  • Strong sales efficiency and results orientation.
  • Digital literacy and comfort with digital tools.
  • Native-level fluency in French.
  • Fluent in English.
