About the role
- Generate new opportunities by identifying prospective students for the training programs we offer.
- Attract, source, and persuade new students to enroll in our trainings.
- Proactively source and engage potential students for both your own pipeline and the wider team.
- Use the CRM to increase productivity and scale your sales efforts.
- Handle objections with diligence and assertiveness and escalate recurring objections.
- Actively participate in Paradox’s in-person and online events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Autonomous with leadership qualities.
- Knowledgeable about and curious about our market.
- Strong sales efficiency and results orientation.
- Digital literacy and comfort with digital tools.
- Native-level fluency in French.
- Fluent in English.
