About the role

  • Architect and lead the Revenue Engine.
  • Transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.
  • Manage a team while identifying growth levers and running experiments.
  • Determine which segments an offering works for and refine or retire offers based on evidence.
  • Map and oversee the implementation of new funnels and campaigns.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests personally to identify winners.
  • Explore and scale new acquisition channels focused on profitability and volume.
  • Design and optimize growth loops across acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
  • Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have produced measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.
