Machine Learning Engineer

• As part of the Data and BI Team and reporting to the Lead Data Scientist, the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions that support business objectives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in data science, statistics, and applied machine learning, who are passionate about building scalable ML systems and driving data-informed decision-making.
• Roles & Responsibilities: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization. Perform data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to design end-to-end ML workflows. Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation to ensure robustness and accuracy. Implement best practices for ML lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization. Research and prototype advanced machine learning techniques to improve model effectiveness.

Administration

• The Office Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that supports productivity and collaboration. This role manages facilities and supplies, and ensures smooth administrative processes. As a key partner to the HR department, the Office Administrator assists with onboarding, team events, HR-related tasks, and supports the management of HR systems.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects the company’s values and culture.
• Coordinate and execute internal events, including wellness programs, team celebrations, and cultural activities.
• Manage relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers for office and facility needs.
• Track and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages within approved budgets.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Finance team, including the secure delivery of documents to financial institutions and execution of other clerical and operational tasks as required.
• Assist HR with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup, and introductions to office resources.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting spaces, and ensure required materials are available.
• Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital in line with company policies.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support office operations and company objectives.

Office Administrator

Backend Engineer

• The Python Developer will report to the Lead Data Engineer and work closely with data developers and engineers within the data team.
• The core focus of the role will be on Python/PySpark development for ETL processes, leveraging SQL to query the lakehouse and support analytics.
• The role also involves using GitHub for version control, and working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS to design, build, and manage data pipelines, orchestrations, and other internal services.

• Develop and maintain data engineering solutions focused on ETL and data transformation.
• Build, optimize, and manage scalable pipelines in cloud environments.
• Support analytics teams by delivering reliable and well-structured data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration and delivery of data services.

Python Developer

• Report to the Lead Data Engineer and work closely with data developers and engineers within the data team
• Focus on Python/PySpark development for ETL processes and data transformation

• Form part of the Data and BI Team, reporting to the Head of BI and following guidance of the Lead Data Engineer
• Design, build and enhance both new and existing data architectures
• Contribute to technical data architecture discussions with the team
• Contribute to R&D tasks within the team when required
• Assist in stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering
• Assist in daily data operations and maintenance tasks
• Monitor the data loading process chain for the Data Estate
• Perform adhoc data analysis to support business needs
• Support the tracking team and their platforms, including in its operations
