About the role

  • Deliver 20–25+ high-quality, platform-ready content assets per month with 95%+ on-time delivery
  • Own organic social lead generation by building and optimizing a multi-channel content system
  • Provide monthly reporting that connects content performance to: Lead volume, MQL progression, campaign attribution, top-performing content themes
  • Maintain content output that is polished, on-brand, and strategically aligned
  • Reduce turnaround time from raw asset → publish-ready content by 25%+ through improved systems, templates, and asset organization
  • Translate strategy into daily publishing across social, email, and digital channels
  • Move content from idea → draft → polished asset independently, without micromanagement
  • Monitor comments and supporting community engagement
  • Track performance and reporting insights
  • Help create unified message flows when campaigns span multiple channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media and content execution for a brand, agency, or creator-driven business
  • 2+ years experience in the financial services Industry or related field
  • Proven ability to produce a high volume of platform-ready short-form content tied to business goals (engagement, traffic, lead capture)
  • Strong video editing capability for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including pacing, captions, and hook-driven structure
  • Excellent copywriting skills across formats, including: Social captions and headlines, strong hooks and CTAs, light email/lifecycle copy contributions
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to quickly create branded, scroll-stopping creative
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, including email-building support, segmentation awareness, and CTA integration
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance content workflows (drafting, repurposing, subject line testing, creative iteration)
  • Strong understanding of how social content supports the funnel: From awareness through lead generation and MQL progression
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage deadlines, QA processes, and multi-channel coordination
  • Familiarity with Descript, Opus.pro, or AI-assisted editing tools
  • Experience supporting or managing YouTube channels
  • Ability to plan or lightly produce video shoots
  • Interest in analytics, creative testing, and experimentation.
