About the role
- Team Leadership & Development: Direct Management: Lead and mentor a team of 6 - 7 Facility Growth Operations Associates.
- Full-Cycle Talent Management: Handle onboarding, training, performance management, and career development to ensure high employee engagement and retention.
- Scaling: Recruit and onboard new team members to scale the function as the company grows.
- Operational Strategy & Execution: Strategic Playbooks: Develop, test, and implement playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems for execution activity.
- Process Improvement: Partner with Marketing to develop value-driven materials and refine internal workflows to drive revenue and efficiency.
- Clinician Engagement (Individual Contribution): Direct Outreach: Spend 20% of your day on outbound calls to clinical partners to drive platform adoption and usage.
- End-User Training: Lead "roll-up-your-sleeves" demos and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each facility.
- Feedback Loop: Synthesize user feedback to highlight product pros/cons and flag insights for the Product team.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations, with prior experience in People Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Tech Savvy: Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Experience with GSuite, Excel, and Tableau, is a major plus.
- Mindset: A proactive, "hungry" startup mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to translate complex strategy into prioritized, tactical actions.
