About the role
- Build and lead internal team enablement and customer training programs
- Ensure sales, customer success, and account management teams are equipped to sell technology solutions
- Partner with Product Marketing to deliver training and resources at scale
- Own and manage PAR Academy, developing customer training content and measuring effectiveness
- Establish KPIs for both internal enablement and customer training programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, customer education, or a closely related function
- Proven track record building and scaling enablement or training programs in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong ability to translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling training content
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing to operationalize messaging and competitive content
- Demonstrated experience managing an LMS or customer academy platform
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
