About the role

  • Sales professional: You are responsible for the entire sales process for your defined customer portfolio — this includes new business acquisition, online product presentations, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and final project closing
  • Relationship builder: You proactively approach potential customers, are skilled at networking, and inspire them in joint meetings with our digital solution for automated and personalized shipping communications
  • Communication expert: Together with our Customer Success team, you develop strategies to realize cross-selling and upselling potential among our existing clients
  • Team player: You work closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management teams

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or, ideally, hold a university degree
  • You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the e-commerce SaaS sector
  • Excellent presentation skills: you are professional and address the needs and challenges of your interlocutors
  • Strong communication skills that you use effectively in online meetings, on the phone, and by email
  • You enjoy working with customers and bring negotiation skills and closing strength
  • High affinity for the internet and technical understanding, as well as knowledge of e-commerce, are advantageous
  • Ideally, you have a strong network and enjoy expanding it with us
  • A hands-on mentality, independence and flexibility, as well as the willingness to develop and learn new things, characterize you
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile
