About the role

  • Scale the business from thousands to multi‑million in revenue within one year
  • Design and operate the end‑to‑end operational engine (Sales, Quality, Legal, HR, Product, Data)
  • Build a long‑term strategic roadmap for the business unit
  • Own the P&L end‑to‑end: pricing, costs, staffing plans, margin structure
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and run rapid experiments
  • Decide between internal staffing and BPOs and automate processes using AI solutions

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in roles with real accountability, where failure was possible and impact was measurable
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven experience scaling initiatives from low revenue to meaningful P&L impact
  • Experience coordinating complex cross‑team projects
  • Structured, framework‑based thinking and operational excellence
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Ability to align, motivate and energize teams
