About the role

  • Prospecting & lead generation
  • Target high-potential real estate agencies
  • Reach the right contacts through qualified cold calls
  • Pitch the papernest offering with impact and professionalism
  • Conduct remote product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Identify needs, handle objections, and persuade prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals within expected timeframes
  • Ensure successful launch of the partnership
  • Activate the agency’s first users
  • Track your KPIs rigorously (activity, conversion, number of deals signed)
  • Contribute to improving scripts, processes and tools

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, prospecting or B2B sales
  • Comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly
  • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written (English is a plus)
  • Curious, rigorous, organized, with a solid understanding of business challenges
  • Available from January to undertake a VIE assignment for at least 1 year
