About the role
- Act as the primary consultant to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS to diagnose operational bottlenecks and translate executive strategy into scalable technical requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end health of the Salesforce instance, including data model enhancements, environment management, and "Flow-first" automation to support a rapidly growing organization.
- Serve as the internal lead for Salesforce CPQ; own the functional logic for pricing and packaging to ensure deal accuracy, while managing the data structures necessary for company metrics.
- Act as the primary administrator for the entire GTM ecosystem—including Salesforce, Gong, and other platforms—ensuring seamless tool integration and unified data flows for a 360-degree view of the customer.
- Own the GTM systems roadmap; evaluate departmental needs through the lens of data visibility and user experience, recommend prioritization based on ROI, and lead full-lifecycle projects from scoping to deployment.
- Bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and system builds by creating functional specifications and process flowcharts that prioritize both user experience and downstream reporting accuracy.
- Lead the rollout of new features, overseeing technical documentation and training, while tracking system adoption metrics to ensure the tools are delivering the intended business value.
- Architect scalable data structures and object relationships to maintain a strict "source of truth"; manage system permissions and data quality standards to ensure the integrity of all GTM analytics and forecasting.

- Experience supporting or managing tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, Qualified, Starbridge or similar.
- Proven experience architecting scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions: inbound/outbound, opportunity management, renewals, expansions, territories, forecasting, and compensation.
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and system reliability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
