About the role
- Lead the kiosk at 8ª Avenida Shopping Center
- Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achievement of sales targets, and excellence in customer service
- Set individual store objectives, manage budgets and organize team schedules based on productivity goals
- Analyze store performance through KPIs to positively influence results
- Implement commercial initiatives and Visual Merchandising campaigns
- Train the team to deliver the best experience to our Fans
- Develop internal talent to support career progression
- Work with the team to keep them motivated, engaged and focused on a common goal
- Manage and analyze stock and orders
Requirements
- Background in retail with at least 3 years of experience
- A true team leader in a dynamic and flexible retail environment
- Ability to manage commercial indicators/KPIs and a strong customer focus
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with common IT/electronic tools
