About the role

  • You support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store
  • You help create an exceptional customer service environment
  • You coach, train and motivate the team on a daily basis
  • You ensure flawless product presentation and high-quality merchandising

  • You take responsibility for organizing operational tasks, priorities and delegation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar retail position (Assistant Store Manager or equivalent role)
  • Experience in a highly consultative sector where personalized customer support is essential
  • Exceptional service mindset and enjoyment in inspiring your team daily
  • Ability to analyze performance indicators and propose concrete actions
  • Organized, natural leadership and clear communication
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital retail systems
  • Languages: French & English required; German and other languages are an asset
  • Availability for onboarding in the Lausanne, Zurich, Spreitenbach regions and possibly Copenhagen (CPH)
