About the role
- Responsible for the store's daily operational management
- Support, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with Pandora procedures
- Organize staff schedules and rotations to optimize sales
- Monitor sales performance and oversee security procedures
- Ensure the store operates smoothly and maintains activity in the absence of the Store Manager
- Drive on-floor sales and ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Embody the company's values on a daily basis
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume store
- Understanding and management of a profit-and-loss account; experience in a KPI-driven environment
- Experience managing a retail sales team: recruiting, onboarding and training new members, performance evaluation, and team development
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage for this role
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
