About the role

  • Responsible for the store's daily operational management
  • Support, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with Pandora procedures
  • Organize staff schedules and rotations to optimize sales
  • Monitor sales performance and oversee security procedures
  • Ensure the store operates smoothly and maintains activity in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Drive on-floor sales and ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Embody the company's values on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Experience managing a high-volume store
  • Understanding and management of a profit-and-loss account; experience in a KPI-driven environment
  • Experience managing a retail sales team: recruiting, onboarding and training new members, performance evaluation, and team development
  • Proficiency in English is a strong advantage for this role
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
