About the role
- Responsible for the daily operational management of the store
- Support, supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities within the store
- Manage inventory and enforce Pandora procedures
- Organize and rotate staff schedules to optimize sales
- Monitor sales performance and oversee security
- Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Drive sales on the floor
- Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Embody the company's values
Requirements
- Experience managing a retail store
- Understanding and management of a P&L (profit and loss); experience in a KPI-driven environment and ability to improve KPIs to drive continuous growth and store success
- Experience managing a retail team: recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff, performance evaluation and team development
- Proficiency in English is a strong plus for this role
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays is desired
