About the role

  • Perform payroll accounting processes for entities
  • Process GL transactions including accruals, corrections and other journal entries
  • Perform GL period end and reconciliations
  • Participate in audit process (group, statutory)
  • Build back up functions for other GL processes (inventory, fixed assets, etc)
  • Assist with legal compliance processes (i.e authority audits, statistical reporting, statutory reporting)
  • Handling internal customer inquiries (ad hoc reporting, reconciliations)
  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements regarding quality and productivity
  • Participate in global/local projects related to GL area

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Solid experience in OTC accounting (experience in AP, GL will be an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel
  • Very good English and Polish
  • Willingness to learn and proactive approach
  • Very good analytical skills with attention to details
  • Very good communications skills
  • Strong team player
