About the role
- Lead the kiosk at 8th Avenue Shopping Center
- Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achievement of sales targets and excellence in customer service
- Set the store's individual objectives, control budgets and organize team schedules based on productivity targets
- Analyze store performance through KPIs
- Implement commercial initiatives and Visual Merchandising campaigns
- Train the team to deliver the best experience to our Fans
- Develop internal talent to help them progress in their careers
- Work with the team to ensure they are motivated, engaged and focused on a common goal
- Manage and analyze inventory and orders
Requirements
- You have a background in the retail sector with at least 3 years of experience
- You are a true team leader in a dynamic, flexible retail environment
- Ability to manage business/sales metrics and strong customer focus
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with key computer/electronic tools
