About the role
- Analyze sales performance and implement and monitor action plans to meet and exceed targets
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring Pandora’s sales methods are applied by all team members in every customer interaction
- Act as the brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform)
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, both individually and collectively
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional welcome and service; respond proactively and professionally to customer requests
- Efficiently prepare team schedules based on store needs to maximize productivity
- Manage inventory effectively, including conducting in-store stock counts in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Comply with Visual Merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume store
- Understanding and management of a profit and loss statement (P&L)
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment and the ability to improve performance indicators to ensure continuous growth and store success
- Experience in managing and developing a retail sales team: recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Performance evaluation and coaching to develop the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all departments and senior management
- Proficiency in English is a plus for this role
- Availability on weekends and public holidays is required
