Requirements
- Proven experience as a results‑driven Store Manager (3–5 years) in a high‑performance retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and engage with people at all levels
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, with a track record of delivering positive results
- A talent for attracting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal growth
