About the role

  • Day-to-day ECOM fulfilment performance across ANZ, working closely with our 3PL to deliver against agreed service levels
  • Operational forecasting, capacity and labour planning aligned to commercial and trading inputs
  • Inventory data integrity across AX and 3PL systems
  • ECOM returns governance and performance
  • DC operating budgets, invoice reconciliation and cost control
  • Identifying and delivering cost savings opportunities across fulfilment and transport operations
  • Driving reductions in CO2 emissions through smarter carrier mix, consolidation and network efficiency
  • Performance reporting and regular review cadences with senior stakeholders
  • Systems stability and workflow improvements
  • Structured performance reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in DC or ECOM logistics operations
  • A highly analytical, data-driven approach to decision making
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and Advanced Excel
  • A track record managing 3PL and transport partnerships
  • Experience contributing to sustainability or emissions reduction initiatives within a logistics environment
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a calm head under pressure
  • A genuine ownership mindset - you see it, you solve it
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
