- Supports the coordination and implementation of the Store Development process
- Collaborates closely with different teams for seamless project execution
- Supports the administration of the Franchise Operating Model and associated documentation
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex workflows
- Demonstrated ability to support change and process improvements
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Qualification in Project Management or Construction
- Previous experience in a similar environment
