About the role
- Support the coordination and implementation of the Store Development process
- Collaborating closely with Retail, Legal, Leasing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Supporting the coordination of the administration of the Store Development process and activities associated with Network projects
- Supporting the team with key timing and workflow on partner contract activities
- Supporting the administration of the Franchise Operating Model and associated Retail Management Guide documentation
- Supports the team in Capex, Tender administration and the repair and maintenance processes
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex workflows
- Demonstrated ability to support change and process improvements
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Qualification in Project Management or Construction
- Previous experience in a similar environment
