About the role

  • Support the coordination and implementation of the Store Development process
  • Collaborating closely with Retail, Legal, Leasing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Supporting the coordination of the administration of the Store Development process and activities associated with Network projects
  • Supporting the team with key timing and workflow on partner contract activities
  • Supporting the administration of the Franchise Operating Model and associated Retail Management Guide documentation
  • Supports the team in Capex, Tender administration and the repair and maintenance processes

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to support change and process improvements
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Qualification in Project Management or Construction
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
