About the role
- Immerse in brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Work on sales floor, engage with customers and team to drive sales
- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower team in achieving KPI goals
- Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and operational processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
- Developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems
- At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
