About the role

  • Immerse in brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Work on sales floor, engage with customers and team to drive sales
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower team in achieving KPI goals
  • Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues
  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and operational processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
  • Developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems
  • At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
