About the role

  • Lead one of our boutiques in Porto.
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for the boutique’s overall management.
  • Ensure all PANDORA standards in product presentation, achievement of sales targets and excellence in customer service.
  • Set the store’s individual objectives, manage budgets and organize the team’s schedules based on productivity goals.
  • Analyze store performance through KPIs to positively influence results.
  • Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
  • Train the team to deliver the best experience to our Fans.
  • Develop internal talent to support career progression.
  • Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, engaged and focused on a common objective, consistently motivating them.
  • Manage and analyze stock and orders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • A true team leader, comfortable in a dynamic and flexible commercial environment.
  • Ability to manage commercial indicators and a strong customer orientation.
  • Good level of English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with core computer/electronic tools.
