About the role

  • Drive and exceed counter sales goals, focusing on comp sales and transaction targets.
  • Foster an engaging sales environment emphasizing exceptional fan experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Train, coach, and inspire Part-Time Sales Associates and Part-Time Sales Leads.
  • Prepare effective weekly schedules aligned with peak sales hours.
  • Oversee inventory management and loss prevention practices.
  • Ensure impeccable presentation of Pandora jewelry.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Actively support the District Sales Manager (DSM) with hiring needs and participate in interviewing and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail.
  • Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
