About the role
- You will be an ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM
- You will work side by side with the Store Manager and be responsible for supporting the boutique's management
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports, providing analysis, recommendations and actions necessary to achieve the store's objectives
- Know the product and sales techniques that ensure the best Customer Experience at your point of sale (POS)
- Support team training to improve commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols
- Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines, proposing changes and adjustments
- Support talent selection and participate in the onboarding process for new colleagues
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector
- You are a true team leader, able to perform in a dynamic and flexible retail environment
- You can manage commercial indicators (KPIs) and have a strong customer orientation
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in common IT/electronic tools
