About the role

  • You will be an ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM
  • You will work side by side with the Store Manager and be responsible for supporting the boutique's management
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports, providing analysis, recommendations and actions necessary to achieve the store's objectives
  • Know the product and sales techniques that ensure the best Customer Experience at your point of sale (POS)
  • Support team training to improve commercial performance
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols
  • Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines, proposing changes and adjustments
  • Support talent selection and participate in the onboarding process for new colleagues

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector
  • You are a true team leader, able to perform in a dynamic and flexible retail environment
  • You can manage commercial indicators (KPIs) and have a strong customer orientation
  • Good level of English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in common IT/electronic tools
