About the role
- You lead and develop your team with passion and tact
- You ensure an unforgettable shopping experience and showcase our products perfectly
- You are responsible for recruiting and developing staff in your store
- You keep an eye on numbers, processes and targets and successfully manage your store
- You contribute your ideas to day-to-day store operations
- You organize the store, maintain oversight and delegate; you keep a cool head even during high-traffic periods
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in a leadership position in retail is an advantage (ideally in lifestyle/fashion/jewelry)
- Analytical thinking and confident handling of KPIs and reporting tools
- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, etc.)
- English skills are an advantage
