About the role
- Analyze sales performance, develop and implement action plans, and monitor progress to meet and exceed targets
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring all team members apply Pandora's sales methods in every customer interaction
- Act as the brand and store ambassador by embodying the company's values daily (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform)
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results at both individual and team levels
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional welcome and service; respond proactively and professionally to customer requests
- Effectively create team schedules based on store needs to maximize productivity
- Manage stock efficiently, including conducting in-store inventory counts in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume retail store
- Understanding and management of profit & loss (P&L) statements
- Experience in a KPI-driven environment and the ability to improve KPIs to ensure continued growth and store success
- Experience managing and developing a retail sales team: recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
- Performance evaluation and team development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with all departments and senior management
- Proficiency in English is a plus for this position
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
