Product Manager

• You will lead a cross-functional product group that spans:
• Mobile: Our iOS and Android applications and mobile-first experiences.
• Recipient Experience: The PandaDoc document viewing, signing, and collaboration surface with 5M+ MAUs.
• Collaboration: In-document and cross-document collaboration features that drive adoption and retention.
• Design Framework Adoption: In partnership with our VPUX, you will ensure our UI kit, design system, and visual language are adopted consistently across teams.
• Critical Flows & UX: You will lead teams polishing our top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improving information architecture across the platform.

Director of Product – Core Platform, Mobile

• Own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers.
• Build pathways that drive workflow activation, integration adoption, team collaboration, and organic document-scale growth.
• Make PandaDoc indispensable in customers’ daily operations, fueling seat expansion and multi-team engagement.
• Use AI for rapid prototyping, personalization, automation, and reimagining core user flows.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap: across funnels, usage loops, onboarding, collaboration surfaces, and bold new bets.
• Ideate, instrument, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end.
• Combine qualitative research and behavioral analytics to uncover friction points and high-leverage opportunities.
• Develop deep insight into user workflows, team dynamics, and multi-user collaboration patterns.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM to deliver high-quality, high-impact outcomes.
• Bring clarity, urgency, and a culture of experimentation to your squad.
• Define and own the KPIs for usage-led expansion: activation, workflow adoption, collaboration, integrations, expansion revenue, and long-term retention.
• Build the dashboards, instrumentation, and insight loops that drive accountability and decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI teams, Research, and Data to deliver high-impact outcomes across metadata extraction, repository, and intelligent automation features;
• Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand SMB contract management behaviors, pain points, and barriers to adoption—translating insights into actionable design opportunities;
• Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, and proactive intelligence concepts;
• Work with product management to develop and test hypotheses around progressive disclosure, sane defaults, and opinionated suggestions using both quantitative and qualitative methods;
• Partner with Customer Advisory Board members and conduct rapid validation cycles to ensure we're achieving measurable adoption and engagement outcomes with each release;
• Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a consistent and user-centric approach across all CLM touchpoints while maintaining PandaDoc's consumer-grade quality bar.

Senior Product Designer, CLM

Machine Learning Engineer

• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for document models, LLMs, OCR, and structured extraction.
• Define metrics, benchmarks, and validation strategies for real-world document workloads.
• Design and curate high-quality datasets for supervised training, fine-tuning, and validation.
• Create scalable preprocessing pipelines for PDFs, scans, images, forms, and semi-structured documents.
• Train and fine-tune transformer-based OCR, VLMs, layout models, and open-source LLMs for document understanding tasks.
• Optimize models for reliability, accuracy, and cost efficiency in production environments.
• Deploy ML models with modern inference runtimes (vLLM, TGI, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime).
• Build guardrails, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms to ensure safe and predictable model behavior.

Machine Learning Engineer – Document Intelligence, Applied GenAI

Full-stack Engineer

• Own Salesforce as the primary GTM platform, including data architecture, automation, permissions, workflows.
• Design and maintain complex Salesforce automations using Flows, validation rules, and programmatic solutions where appropriate.
• Build AI-powered workflows for lead and account routing, scoring, enrichment, personalization, and prioritization—anchored in Salesforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with PandaDoc and the broader GTM stack, including Clay, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Chili Piper, Actively AI, SalesLoft, Outreach, and related tools.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into clear Salesforce system designs, experiments, and implementation plans.

GTM Engineer

Frontend Engineer

• Build and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistent, accessible, and high-performance user experiences across 35+ product teams
• Architect robust UI components with flexible APIs and composition patterns that serve diverse use cases
• Extend impact beyond components—contribute to build tooling, automation scripts, and CI workflows that support design system delivery and adoption
• Ensure production-grade quality through comprehensive testing, performance optimization, and thorough documentation
• Collaborate with designers to translate design intent into production-ready components, ensuring visual and functional excellence

Account Executive

• Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads (companies with 11-200 employees), including contract generation and other deliverables for closing across a diverse portfolio of products
• Meet/exceed monthly sales goals using appropriate value-based sales approaches & techniques
• Perform prospecting activities - work with leads assigned in order to set up a discovery and product demonstration by using different channels of communication: emails, calls, LI messages, etc.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospects in order to understand their business needs and how PandaDoc can be a solution to them
• Perform product demos and help prospects evaluate PandaDoc for their use case through demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives
• Work with prospects to help them move through value-based sales including qualification, discovery, evaluation and purchase
• Negotiate and close deals with buyers
• Work with other departments (such as Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management) to make sure we have best in class customer journey and a smooth handoff to the post-sale teams
