Bridge the gap between sales and technology as a trusted technical advisor for PandaDoc
Serve as an expert on the PandaDoc platform, APIs, CPQ, and integrations
Translate customers’ business and technical needs into PandaDoc demos and answer technical and business questions
Participate in Sales: deliver technical reviews and demos to prospects via calls and video meetings and collaborate with customers and internal teams
Understand and map complex customer issues and deliver trusted, long-term, high-ROI solutions
Build relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing and Sales to increase technical/business expertise and provide customer-centric feedback
Establish confidence via product expertise, custom demonstrations, technical calls, workflow outlines, product roadmap discussions and business process diagrams
Requirements
Computer Science or related Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience in SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
Strong presentation skills and customer-facing acumen
Experience building and leading bespoke technical demos
Advanced familiarity with system integration methods such as web services, SDKs, & REST APIs
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot, and other CRM solutions
Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Development
High degree of business empathy
High degree of self-awareness and continuous learning mindset
Self starter with ability to become a product expert and integrate with on-premise and cloud SaaS products
Team player with strong communication skills and ability to disseminate technical information to varied audiences
