Use AI-native tooling (e.g., GPTs, custom workflows, etc.) to rapidly prototype, personalize, or reimagine user experiences.
Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to deeply understand user behavior and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality, high-impact work.
Define clear success metrics and track them religiously—owning the KPIs, inputs, and outcomes that matter.
Contribute to our product culture by bringing curiosity, urgency, and experimentation to everything you do.
Requirements
5+ years of product experience in growth, onboarding, or product-led acquisition roles at a SaaS or PLG company.
Proven track record of hands-on execution—you love getting in the weeds, running your own analysis, tweaking flows, or shipping quick wins.
AI-native mindset—you’re comfortable building or orchestrating AI-powered workflows, prototyping with tools like GPT, and thinking creatively about automation and scale.
Experience running A/B and multivariate tests, including ideation, instrumentation, and post-test analysis.
Ability to zoom out (set strategy) and zoom in (ship it) with equal fluency.
Strong collaboration and communication skills—you bring cross-functional teams with you, not just behind you.
