About the role
- Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines, PAM Health Policies and procedures, and budgetary limitations.
- Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code are achieved.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Community electrical maintenance license if required
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired
- Minimum of five years of related experience required
- Hospital maintenance experience required
- Must be familiar with JACHO, NFPA, & OSHA regulations
