About the role
- Provide strategic direction for the Technical Services team
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance their service product offerings
- Manage daily activities of the consulting organization
- Act as a key liaison for Sales Leadership
- Lead a team of delivery professionals focusing on career coaching

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ service delivery professionals
- Solid technical foundation in Internet security concepts
- Hands-on experience with Network Security product implementations
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to present to internal executives and external clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
