About the role

  • Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our pest control services.
  • Assess customer needs, explain the benefits of our services, and guide customers towards the best pest control solutions.
  • Make follow-up calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in our services.
  • Establish trust and rapport with customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Set up service appointments and enter customer information into scheduling system and lead software.
  • Stay informed about pest control products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining quality customer service.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and field technician teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years in sales, phone sales, B2B, or lead management (pest control experience is a plus).
  • Must read, write, and comprehend English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate computer skills required, including Google Docs, MS Office, email, and familiarity with both Mac and PC.
  • Experience with CRM and routing software is beneficial.
  • Self-starter with a motivated, positive, and professional demeanor; detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Will need to obtain pest control licensing as required.
  • Cold calling skills are a must.
