About the role
- Create, manage, and continuously improve onboarding programs and materials
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Own the benefits process and coordinate payroll with finance
- Support performance review processes and goal-setting frameworks
- Help maintain clear role definitions and growth paths
- Support internal communication and engagement initiatives
- Reinforce company values and cultural standards
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and collaborative environment
- Maintain strong compliance standards in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience (startup, agency, media, or entertainment preferred)
- Experience supporting both employees and contractors
- Strong analytical skills
- High discretion, strong emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Learning & Development a plus, including building training programs, manager enablement initiatives, or employee growth frameworks
