IT Support

• The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and desktop support to remote Palco employees across the US.
• This position is a hybrid role, requiring up to 3 days per week in our office in Maumelle, AR.
• Primary Responsibilities
• Own the Help Desk, providing front-line technical assistance to users via phone, email, or Teams
• Utilize Jira tickets to receive, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Communicate instructions and troubleshooting steps clearly and promptly
• Work with vendors on computer warranty repair claims
• Order, prepare, and ship equipment to new employees
• Research and resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with other departments
• Stay current with software updates, system changes, and support procedures
• Develop and update technical training materials as needed
• Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees.
