About the role
- Own design end-to-end: research, UX, UI, prototyping, and ship features.
- Act as Product Manager: write user stories, prioritize features, manage backlog, and help shape the roadmap.
- Design flows, wireframes, and interfaces that make complex products feel effortless.
- Work closely with engineering to bring designs to life.
- Talk directly with users and translate feedback into action.
- Explore how GenAI and LLMs can unlock new product experiences.
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguity; think big picture and sweat the details.
Requirements
- You’ve shipped real products—ideally at a startup.
- You can design and also think like a PM.
- Experience with ecommerce or marketplace products is a plus.
- Curiosity and comfort with AI/LLMs/GenAI.
- You move fast, figure things out, and don’t wait for someone else to hand you a spec.
- Excellent communicator—clear in writing, design, and product thinking.
