Sales Operations Manager

• You’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—ensuring that every Palazzo seller can deliver a clear, compelling, and consistent message to the market.
• You’ll own everything from onboarding and playbooks to pitch materials, product demos, and ROI modeling.
• This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic storytelling with operational execution.
• You’ll work directly with the CEO and VP of Engineering to translate our product vision into simple, persuasive sales narratives and repeatable processes.

• Talk directly with users and translate feedback into action.
• Explore how GenAI and LLMs can unlock new product experiences.
