Full-stack Engineer

• Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) work directly with customers to rapidly understand their hardest problems and build solutions against them.

Infrastructure Engineer

• Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring and alerting, configuration management, and upgrades
• Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to the latest infrastructure types
• Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir’s services and infrastructure with a focus on long-term reliability and scalability
• Reduce manual operations and automate workflows, processes, and/or runbooks where possible
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Participate in a support on-call schedule.
• Develop novel solutions in Palantir’s Foundry and Apollo platforms to solve infrastructure challenges.

• Steer contracts through internal systems and coordinate input from various teams across Palantir for expertise, review and negotiation
• Document drafting, processing, including formatting, clean-up, filing and executing agreements
• Pilot the completion of customer onboarding forms
• Ensure alignment on deals and forecasting expectations across a variety of teams at Palantir including legal, finance, deal team and sales

• Manage the revenue recognition process from the contract negotiation phase to financial statement disclosure.
• Partnering with Legal and Sales teams to optimize contractual structures to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with policies and revenue recognition rules.
• Exercise judgment while ensuring that accounting conclusions are documented in technical memos in accordance with policies and current software revenue recognition rules.
• Drive revenue and cost of revenue month-end close process by creating and validating accruals, preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring policy compliance and developing standard reports.

DevOps Engineer

• Apply modern engineering practices to improve the maintainability, reliability, and utility of Palantir's internal compute infrastructure.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and partner with vendors to integrate external technologies into our platform.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand emerging needs and deliver solutions that help users succeed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for high-severity incidents affecting critical systems.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to identify where our infrastructure can improve.

Security Engineer

• Own the security posture of Palantir's Windows and Active Directory estate — hardening, configuration standards, and ongoing validation that those standards hold.
• Reduce attack surface across AD: audit and remediate misconfigurations, legacy protocol exposure, excessive privilege, Kerberos delegation abuse, and tier model violations.
• Evaluate, deploy, and own the configuration of defensive tooling across the Windows environment: EDR, PAM, identity threat detection, and endpoint hardening controls.
• Build and maintain automation for security operations across Windows infrastructure — patching pipelines, configuration drift monitoring, access reviews, and credential hygiene.
• Partner with Identity and Infrastructure teams to drive architectural improvements: tiered administration, Protected Users, LAPS, Credential Guard, and authentication policy silos.
• Translate findings from assessments and red team exercises into durable fixes — configuration changes, architectural improvements, and policy updates that reduce recurrence.

Information Security Engineer – Endpoint

• Engineer and automate end-to-end detection and investigation workflows, continuously improving Detection and Response infrastructure
• Develop alerting and detection strategies to identify malicious or anomalous behavior, including new and novel defensive techniques that adapt to evolving adversary tactics and tradecraft
• Dissect network, host, memory, and other artifacts originating from multiple operating systems and applications.
• Investigate security events and active attacks across the enterprise, uncovering sophisticated threats and identifying patterns of behavior that indicate insider risk
• Influence and inform security controls designed to safeguard Palantir's most critical assets
• Partner closely with other members of the Information Security team to lead changes in the company's network defense posture.
