About the role
- Own end-to-end operational workflows that enable business outcomes and deliver value to employees.
- Ensure a smooth employee experience from the very beginning of a new Palantirian’s journey. The People Operations team is a critical gateway to helping employees connect with the valuable resources we offer throughout their tenure, starting at the initial offer letter phase.
- Identify areas of opportunity to streamline workflows and optimize operational programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Dive in and leverage People data to answer questions coming from the business.
- Manage programs across the People Operations team - this could be anything from vendor management to building SOPs/new workflows to meet emerging business needs.
- Establish and maintain trust and credibility across all levels of the company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a Human Resources/People team
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities, including self-driven projects and collaborative team efforts
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Ability to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders - including technical and business teams
- Ability to manage high-volume workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
- Track record of driving process improvements and identifying ways to optimize workflows over time, enhancing either the employee or operator’s experience
- Adaptable and confident in navigating a rapidly changing work environment while solving open-ended problems through operational solutions and streamlined processes
- Adept at acting upon feedback and maneuvering challenging and nuanced situations with tact
