About the role

  • Identify leads and maintain them in the CRM system to grow the customer base
  • Contact prospective customers (primarily) by phone and email
  • Present our software solution in virtual meetings
  • Acquire new customers and build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with Marketing, Shipping, and Fulfillment & Warehousing to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results for management
  • Understand prospects' and customers' needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Hold regular team meetings on sales activities and results

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, especially cold calling
  • Fluent German, very good English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication: You understand what customers truly need and can persuade them
  • Enjoy working in a start-up: Your ideas and initiative are welcome
  • Positive mindset and ability to work independently: Motivated and responsible work style
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems: Good technical skills
  • Team player with self-motivation: Able to work efficiently both in a team and independently
