About the role
- Identify leads and maintain them in the CRM system to grow the customer base
- Contact prospective customers (primarily) by phone and email
- Present our software solution in virtual meetings
- Acquire new customers and build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with Marketing, Shipping, and Fulfillment & Warehousing to meet customer requirements
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results for management
- Understand prospects' and customers' needs and offer tailored solutions
- Hold regular team meetings on sales activities and results
Requirements
- Experience in sales, especially cold calling
- Fluent German, very good English
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication: You understand what customers truly need and can persuade them
- Enjoy working in a start-up: Your ideas and initiative are welcome
- Positive mindset and ability to work independently: Motivated and responsible work style
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems: Good technical skills
- Team player with self-motivation: Able to work efficiently both in a team and independently
