- Conduct outbound calls to warm, pre-engaged investors
- Qualify prospects based on:
- ○ Investment capacity ($100K–$1M+)
- ○ Timeline and intent
- ○ Sophistication and readiness
- Pre-frame and position meetings with senior executives to increase close rates
- Set high-quality, high-conversion appointments—not volume for the sake of activity
- Maintain structured call notes and qualification data inside CRM
- Follow strategic call frameworks while maintaining a natural, controlled tone
- Work directly with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification standards
- Protect executive time by ensuring only qualified, aligned prospects are scheduled
