About the role
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, acting as their main point of contact
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication and client satisfaction across all interactions
- Monitor client usage and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
- Proactively recommend new features, services, or solutions that align with client needs
- Conduct regular check-ins via phone and video calls to maintain strong engagement
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently
- Support onboarding and ongoing success of clients using the company’s voice AI solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates via internal tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years in account management or client success roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with confidence in phone and video interactions
- Proven ability to identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client issues effectively
- Experience working with tools like Slack, email, and video conferencing platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
