About the role

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, acting as their main point of contact

Requirements

  • Proven ability to identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client issues effectively
  • Experience working with tools like Slack, email, and video conferencing platforms
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
