About the role

  • Refine and execute an outbound sales strategy to reach cannabis dispensary decision makers
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales closing team on a daily basis
  • Educate potential clients on payment processing solutions, including debit and credit card acceptance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
  • Manage the full outreach cycle from lead generation to appointment handoff
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a strong cold calling background
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and moving leads through a pipeline
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Available to work 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern (preferred)
  • Experience in payment processing or the cannabis industry is a plus
