About the role
- Refine and execute an outbound sales strategy to reach cannabis dispensary decision makers
- Set qualified appointments for the sales closing team on a daily basis
- Educate potential clients on payment processing solutions, including debit and credit card acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Manage the full outreach cycle from lead generation to appointment handoff
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong cold calling background
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and moving leads through a pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Available to work 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern (preferred)
- Experience in payment processing or the cannabis industry is a plus
